🕘 On-site | Operational–commercial role
🌎 English required (spoken & written)

💼 Main Responsibilities

  • Personalized guest service
  • Recommending and coordinating experiences, tours, and services
  • Guest follow-up before, during, and after the stay
  • Handling special requests
  • Constant communication with providers and internal teams
  • Guest service in both Spanish and English

🎯 Requirements

  • Intermediate–advanced English (required)
  • Excellent communication skills and service mindset
  • Strong organization and follow-up
  • Ability to solve unexpected situations
  • On-site availability
