💼 Main Responsibilities
- Personalized guest service
- Recommending and coordinating experiences, tours, and services
- Guest follow-up before, during, and after the stay
- Handling special requests
- Constant communication with providers and internal teams
- Guest service in both Spanish and English
🎯 Requirements
- Intermediate–advanced English (required)
- Excellent communication skills and service mindset
- Strong organization and follow-up
- Ability to solve unexpected situations
- On-site availability
