- Prices include taxes and resort fees.

- Your reservation includes a cleaning fee to clean the property and re-stock after your check-out.
- Fresh linens and towels are provided for your comfort inside the villa.
- For stays of 7 nights, a complimentary “trash and tidy” service is included. Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee, upon availability.
- You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
- Exceeding the occupancy limit may result in extra fees, canceled reservations, or guests needing other accommodations. Infants (0-2) are excluded; children (3+) are included.
- Respect our quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Hosting parties, unannounced events and commercial photography are prohibited on the property.
- Smoking of any kind is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Beach Club, Grill & Bar services only accept credit or debit card payments. Service hours may vary seasonally.
- Please be sure to adhere to the Condominium rules and common areas regulations.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- *From December 20th to January 2nd / Easter and Holy week: 50% at time of reservation. The remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
*Payment methods: Bank transfers, deposits, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
*From December 20th to January 2nd / Easter and Holy week: Non refundable.
- For all bookings, a 5% penalty will be charged on the deposited amount if the booking is canceled after confirmation.
