Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment and Cancellation – 14 Day Policy

(Channels: direct, website, OTAS)

Grace Period: 

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy: 

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: 

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

 


Payment and Cancellation – HOLIDAY SEASON Policy

(All channels)

*From December 20th to January 2nd / Easter and Holy week 

*5 nights minimum stay 

*No check-in or check-outs on December 24th and December 31st 

 

Payment Policy: 

  • 50% at time of reservation. The remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: 

  • Non refundable

 


Hold Policy

(Direct channel Only)

Política de Hold:

Se puede realizar un hold de la villa por un máximo de 48 horas. Si en ese plazo no se confirma la reserva con el pago correspondiente, la villa se liberará automáticamente.

A hold can be placed on the villa for a maximum of 48 hours. If the reservation is not confirmed with the corresponding payment within that period, the villa will be automatically released.
