- Payment: 50% at the time of reservation. Remaining payment is due 30 days before the arrival date.
- Rate Type: Semi-Flexible Rate
- Cancellations: The reservation can be canceled without penalty up to 30 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will not be refundable.
- Changes: Date changes in the reservation can be made without penalty, as long as they are notified 4 days in advance of the original arrival date. Date changes may be subject to rate variations. If the rate for the new date is higher, the corresponding additional cost will apply. Date changes are subject to availability on the requested dates.
